2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location:
a. Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
b. International Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
Delivery time varies depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

b. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify shipping address
- Contact the courier
- Notify us immediately
c. Damaged Items
If products arrive damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will assist with replacement or refund depending on the situation
8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once shipped:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- You must follow the standard return process
