Refund and Returns Policy

At Niaz Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The return request must be placed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items
  • Software, digital downloads, or opened electronic consumables
  • Hygienic products such as earbuds, in-ear mics, etc. (if opened)

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • We will offer:
    • A replacement
    • An exchange
    • Or a full refund (if applicable)

Note: Items damaged due to misuse are not covered.

Steps for returning your item:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Receive approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided
  4. Include all original accessories and documentation

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We do not reimburse shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A confirmation email will be sent
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Refund may be denied if:

  • The item is used, damaged, or incomplete
  • The return was requested after the allowed period
  • The issue is caused by misuse or mishandling

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or faulty items
  • Product variations (color, model, etc.), subject to availability

If your preferred item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

Once shipped:

  • The order cannot be cancelled
  • You must follow the standard return process

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card provider

9. Non-Returnable Items (Summary)

  • Opened earbuds or in-ear audio devices
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage
